This vintage wedding blanket was woven in Morocco during the 20th Century.

Simple but nuanced design which is also reversible. One side features cream tone on tone horizontal bands which are occasionally superseded by plush bands of thick pile. On the reverse the same horizontal bands are broken up by patterned geometric bands in black and white.

In good condition, with some light discoloration.
